It’s time to renew your subscription to The Broad Stage!  Please place your order by Wednesday, September 30, to keep your seats.

Your seats are conveniently reserved on your account and can be accessed once you log in. 

If you already have access to the online patron portal, log in using your username and password here. There is also an option to create a new password on that screen if you are having trouble logging in.

If you do not have access to the online patron portal, we would have sent you an email on June 3. If you are having trouble finding it or prefer to order by phone, please email us or call Patron Services at 310.434.3200 and leave a message. We will be returning messages Monday - Friday, 12 to 6 PM.

Once logged in to the patron portal:

  • Click on your name in the top right corner and select My Profile
  • Next, click on the Subscription Renewal tab
  • You’ll have three options: Renew, Request Changes or Cancel
  • Renew will leave everything as is
  • Request Changes will give you an opportunity to describe what you’d like to do and automatically send it to us in an email
  • Cancel will release all your seats for all subscriptions
  • To order Add-On performances or additional series, please complete a separate order. Please do not use the “Add Items” link in your renewal order. This will create a separate order, taking you away from your renewal.

If you prefer to mail in your order, please download an order form and mail it along with a check to The Broad Stage, 1900 Pico Blvd., Santa Monica, CA  90405.
