HOURS
Phone service is available Monday through Friday from noon to 6:00pm. We are closed on national holidays.
 
The Box Office is open 3 hours prior to each performance, but no earlier than 9:00 am. Sales for future performances are available at the Box Office up until 1 hour before showtime.
 
Tickets are available 24 hours/day online.

 
SALES
All sales are final. There are no refunds. Due to the live nature of performances, program content, artists and prices are subject to change.  Monies from ticket exchanges are only valid within the current season.

REFUNDS
Programs, artists and prices are subject to change. Tickets are non-refundable with the exception of cancelled events. Fees are always non-refundable.
 

TICKETING FEES
There is a $6 per ticket processing fee through all purchase methods—including in-person sales. Delivery fees are $4 for mail and $2 for will-call per order. Print-at-home ticket delivery is free. All fees are non-refundable.
 
 
DYNAMIC PRICING
In order to support the world-class programming we present on our stages, we regularly raise our prices in response to demand. We encourage you to purchase early in the season to get the lowest prices.

 
WILL CALL
Ticket orders received less than 14 days prior to the performance may be emailed or held at Will Call. Photo ID is required to pick up tickets.
 

TICKET EXCHANGES
Up until 72 hours prior to the performance, exchanges are available for $5.00 per ticket and can be made online, over the phone or in person. Additional fees may apply. Please click here for the web form.
 
Please note, ticket prices vary for each performance. If you exchange into a higher-priced performance, you will need to pay the difference in price; if you exchange into a lower-priced performance, the difference will be credited to your Broad Stage account and must be used within the current season. If the credit is not used in full by the end of the season, the balance will be donated to The Broad Stage.
 
Tickets are non-refundable except for cancelled events that are not rescheduled. Fees are not refundable.
 
Subscribers: Standard exchanges of series tickets only are free.
Members: All standard exchanges are free.

 
LATE CHANGES
Changes within 72 hours of a performance are permissible with a $15.00 per ticket late change fee. Late changes are available until 12 hours prior to performance. 

 
TICKET DONATIONS/UNUSED TICKETS
If you are unable to attend a performance for any reason, you may donate your tickets back to The Broad Stage.  Tickets returned more than 3 hours prior to the start of the show are eligible for a tax-deductible donation. LATE SEATING
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management. Late seating opportunities and locations may be limited by the artist or nature of the performance. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to performance time.
 
 
MILITARY RUSH
Veterans, active duty personnel and their families are eligible for $10 rush tickets to all Broad Stage performances, when seats are available. Please present military ID at our Box Office on the day of the show to claim up to 4 discounted tickets per ID.
 
 
STUDENT RUSH
College students may purchase a discounted rush ticket at the Box Office 1 hour prior to showtime, subject to availability. Valid for any remaining seat in the house. Limited to one ticket per person. Valid student ID required. Click here for more information.
 

CHILDREN & INFANTS
The Broad Stage would like to encourage families to enjoy performances together, however, unless specified, most performances are not suitable for children under the age of 12. Each person, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Please inquire when purchasing your ticket about the age appropriateness of specific events, and consider The Broad Stage Family Programs for young children.
 
In consideration of other ticket holders, parents may be asked to remove their child/children if they are causing disruptions or are unable to sit quietly. There are monitors on all Main Stage lobby levels on which the show can be viewed.

Program content, show length, cast changes and more are made available for every performance in our “Know Before You Show” email. Please be sure to include your email address when you purchase so you don’t miss this important information.
