PATRON SERVICES ASSOCIATE, PATRON SERVICES
Patron Services Associates are the front line ambassadors for the Broad Stage. Using best practices in customer service and sales, they provide patrons with a positive experience while adhering to organizational policies and procedures. In addition, Patron Services Associates assist with daily reporting and other administrative office tasks.

USHER, FRONT OF HOUSE
The Broad Stage is currently seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals with strong communication skills to join their FOH Team. All applicants must be able to work a flexible "shift" schedule including nights, weekends, and some weekday student matinees.
Having the highest volume of interactions with the majority of the public, the Front of House (FOH) team is a critical part to the success of all performances at The Broad Stage. Associates are responsible for welcoming patrons as they arrive, quickly assisting them as needed, and ensuring that they have a safe, inclusive and positive theater experience.

EDUCATION INTERN, EDUCATION
The Education & Community Programs internship at The Broad Stage will support the development of programs and materials for the Education & Community Programs department in preparation for their 2019/20 season. The Education & Community Programs Intern will work closely with staff to assist in the creation of curriculum, study guides and education engagement activities. This internship will involve communicating with community partners; connecting with education supporters and patrons; and interfacing with college students and personnel. The Education & Community Programs Intern will also help to maintain files and track contracts with all teaching artists and art partners. Interdepartmental interaction is a primary focus of the internship at The Broad Stage and the Education & Community Programs Intern will also work closely with multiple departments for a greater multi-faceted view of Education & Community Programs and non-profit presenting.

MARKETING INTERN, MARKETING
The Marketing Internship at The Broad Stage will support the development of tailored strategies to promote performances in the 2019/20 season at The Broad Stage, as well as the growth of The Broad Stage brand more generally. The Marketing Intern will assist with reporting on historical sales and future sales projections, researching artist biographies to inform promotional efforts, editing copy for print and online materials, organizing marketing collateral from past campaigns, updating website using a basic CMS system, and editing images in Adobe Photoshop for sizing and file format changes. Interdepartmental interaction is a primary focus of an internship at The Broad Stage and the Intern will be working closely with all other departments to prepare promotional efforts for the 2019/20 season.

PRODUCTION INTERN, PRODUCTION
The Production Intern will work directly with The Broad Stage departments focusing on all Production, Programming and Operation logistics in preparation for 2019/20 season development and programming. The Production Intern will assist with communications with artists, agents, managers, and artists’ representatives, maintaining files and tracking contracts and artists’ agreements. The Production Intern will also work closely with Education and Community Programs as needed. Interdepartmental interaction is a primary focus of an internship at The Broad Stage and the Intern will be assigned to multiple departments for a greater multi-faceted view of Production and non-profit presenting.
