USHER, FRONT OF HOUSE
Having the highest volume of interactions with the majority of our patrons, the Front of House team is a critical component to the success of all events at the Broad Stage. The Front of House department is responsible for the entire life cycle of each patron’s experience at the Broad Stage from pre-show to end-of-show. Front of House associates are an integral part of our unending mission to provide and ensure that all patrons of the Broad Stage are provided a theatre experience that is safe, inclusive, and memorably positive.

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR, FRONT OF HOUSE
The Volunteer Coordinator connects members of our community to Broad Stage activities in which they can apply their passion for the arts and their unique skills to enhance the Broad Stage’s cultural footprint as a leading arts organization in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. The Volunteer Coordinator will recruit and train volunteers, as well as assess their skills and guide volunteers to projects suited to their interests. These projects could include assisting the front of house staff during performances, providing support for community events, and administrative support.

DIRECTOR'S LOUNGE AND SPECIAL EVENTS HOST, AUDIENCE SERVICES
The Director’s Lounge and Special Events Host works closely with patrons, donors, board members, and outside organizations to cultivate and maintain relationships that directly support the fundraising efforts of the organization. Our Director’s Lounge is an area operated during mainstage events that gives our donors, board members, and other special guests a private location to enjoy snacks and beverages while attending a performance. The Director’s Lounge and Special Events Host supports the Audience Services and Development departments by setting up, operating, and breaking down the Director’s Lounge and special event spaces.
